DESCRIPTION:In celebration of the Feast of St. Francis\, we are hosting
  a BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS during our 10 AM worship on Oct 8th. All cr
 eatures great and small are welcome\, regardless of their (and their own
 ers) faith journey. \n\nWe will gather at 10 AM on the lawn for worship
 . If it rains the Blessing will be moved to our parish hall.\n\nAll pets
  must be on a leash or in a carrier. If your pet is shy or nervous\, or 
 tends to get a little feisty around others\, please bring a picture rath
 er than your animal to avoid undo stress to them and others.\n\nThere wi
 ll also be a place for names and pictures of our beloved pets who are in
  the arms of God. Let us gather and give thanks for all of God's creatur
 es.\n\n** for those seeking a quieter worship experience\, you may with 
 to consider joining for our 8AM service in the chapel (which will be ani
