SUMMARY:Blessing of the Animals
DESCRIPTION:In celebration of the Feast of St. Francis\, we are hosting 
 a Blessing of the Animals during our 10 a.m. worship on Oct 5th. All cr
 eatures great and small are welcome\, regardless of their (and their own
 er's) faith journey. \n\nWe will gather at 10 a.m. on the lawn for wors
 hip. If it rains the Blessing will be moved to our parish hall.\n\nAll p
 ets must be on a leash or in a carrier. If your pet is shy or nervous\, 
 or tends to get a little feisty around others\, please bring a picture r
 ather than your animal to avoid undo stress to them and others.\n\nThere
  will also be a place for names and pictures of our beloved pets who are
  in the arms of God. Let us gather and give thanks for all of God’s cr
 eatures.\n\n** for those seeking a quieter worship experience\, you may 
 wish to consider joining for our 8 a.m. service in the chapel (which wil
 l be animal free.)
