The following chart shows the costs for renting space at St. Stephen’s based on the type of user. The prices listed below are for one-time events, if you are interested in renting space on a repeating basis, please contact the church administrator for more details on rates for ongoing rentals at 860.873.9547 or

To add the use of the kitchen to your rental, there is an additional fee of $40 for non-members and $20 for members.

Non-member: $200
Non-profit: $100
For-profit: $200

Meeting Room

Parishioner: $25
Non-member: $50
Non-profit: $50
For-profit: $75

To make a reservation:

  1. Check the availability of the space online*
  2. Print & fill out our St Stephen’s Rental Packet and bring or mail it to the church office
  3. Pay the rental fee and security deposit and pick up a key for your event
