Lenten Book Study

The Rev. Dcn Ron Steed and the Rev. Rachel Thomas invite you to a Lenten series centered around the ministry of healing prayer. We will gather over zoom on 4 Wednesday evenings  starting March 12 from 6:30-8:00pm to discuss Avery Brooke’s classic book, Healing in the Landscape of Prayer.

The rough reading schedule is as follows:

March 12: Preface, Chapters 1 & 2

March 19: Chapters 3 & 4

March 26: Chapters 5 & 6

April 2: Chapters 7 & Epilogue

Additionally, there will be two Saturday gatherings from 9am-noon: March 15 at Calvary, Stonington and March 22 at St. Andrew’s, Madison. These in person sessions will allow time to experience and practice healing prayer in a group setting. The Rev Martha Rogers may join us for that part!
