Labyrinth Walk Postponed

Labyrinth Walk at St Stephen’s is postponed until September

The practice of labyrinth walking integrates the body with the mind and spirit.  Labyrinths are used world-wide as a way to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, recover balance in life, enhance creativity and encourage meditation, insight, self-reflection and stress reduction.

Join us in a Labyrinth event hosted by our young adults and Communitas. Your body and mind will thank you! Childcare will be provided.

This event is facilitated by Colleen & Sean of Anam Cara Wellness Sanctuary in East Haddam.
